Bi Goplus Terms and Conditions

What You're Responsible For When Registering

When you register an account on Bi Goplus, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and active Philippine mobile number. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a ground for immediate account closure.

• All personal details submitted during registration must match the documents used for identity verification.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. Never share your login credentials with anyone.
• You must notify Bi Goplus immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Bi Goplus reserves the right to request identity verification documents (such as a valid Philippine government-issued ID) at any time. Failure to provide these within the requested timeframe may result in account restrictions.

Bi Goplus takes account security seriously. If we detect unusual activity on your account — such as login attempts from unfamiliar locations or devices — we may temporarily lock your account and ask you to verify your identity before restoring access. This is for your protection.

Bi Goplus accepts deposits exclusively in Philippine Pesos (PHP) through the following approved payment channels: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, BDO, BPI, UnionBank, InstaPay, PESONet, Visa, and Mastercard. No other currencies or payment methods are accepted at this time.

Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱500. There is no maximum single deposit limit, though daily limits may apply depending on the payment channel used.
• All deposits must originate from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Bi Goplus does not accept deposits made on behalf of other people or from third-party payment sources.
• Deposits via GCash and Maya are credited to your Bi Goplus wallet instantly. Bank transfer deposits via InstaPay and PESONet may take up to two (2) banking hours to reflect, depending on your bank.
• Bi Goplus does not store your complete payment credentials. All transaction data is processed through encrypted, PCI-compliant payment gateways.
• Bi Goplus does not charge deposit fees on any supported payment method. Any fees assessed by your bank or e-wallet provider are outside our control and your responsibility.

Withdrawals from your Bi Goplus wallet can be requested at any time, subject to the conditions outlined in this section. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used to make a deposit where technically possible.

Withdrawal Processing Times

• GCash and Maya withdrawals: processed within 5 to 30 minutes of approval.
• Bank transfers (BDO, BPI, UnionBank, InstaPay, PESONet): same banking day if requested before 4:00 PM, or the next banking day for requests after cut-off time.
• Visa/Mastercard withdrawals: 3 to 5 banking days, depending on your card issuer's processing timeline.

All withdrawals are subject to identity verification. Bi Goplus may require you to submit a copy of a valid Philippine government-issued ID and proof of your payment account ownership before processing a withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or withdrawal amounts above certain thresholds. This is a standard anti-money laundering procedure and is required of all players.

Bi Goplus offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players from time to time. The specific terms governing each individual promotion — including wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal amounts — are published alongside the promotion itself and must be read carefully before claiming any bonus.

General Bonus Terms That Apply to All Promotions

• Bonuses are credited in the form of bonus funds unless stated otherwise. Bonus funds cannot be directly withdrawn — they must first meet the applicable wagering requirement.
• All bonuses are available to one account per player, per household, per IP address, and per device unless the specific promotion states otherwise.

• The minimum bet amount varies by game and market type. The specific minimum and maximum stake for each market is displayed in the bet slip at the time of placing.
• Bi Goplus is not responsible for bets lost or game sessions disrupted due to internet connectivity issues on the player's side. It is your responsibility to ensure a stable connection, particularly during live in-play betting.
• All game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. Game results are final once generated and cannot be altered by players or staff.
• In the event of a sports event postponement, abandonment, or cancellation, Bi Goplus follows the settlement rules published on the specific sport's betting rules page. In most cases, postponed events result in bet voidance and stake refund.
• In the event of a manifest error — such as an obvious odds mistake or system glitch — Bi Goplus reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. Winnings arising from manifest errors will not be paid out.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Bi Goplus and constitute serious breaches of these Terms. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

• Fraud and Money Laundering: Using Bi Goplus to launder money, process fraudulent transactions, or engage in any financial crime is strictly prohibited and will be reported to appropriate Philippine authorities.
• Multi-Accounting: Opening or operating more than one account on Bi Goplus, whether in your own name or under false identities, is prohibited. All accounts beyond the first will be permanently closed and funds forfeited.
• Bonus Abuse: Systematically exploiting bonus structures, including through matched betting across multiple accounts, wagering on excluded games to meet requirements dishonestly, or colluding with other players to abuse promotions.
• Collusion and Match Fixing: Any attempt to fix, influence, or predict the outcome of a match or game event through collusion with players, teams, or officials is strictly forbidden.
• Automated Betting: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to place bets or play games on Bi Goplus without human interaction is prohibited.
• Underage Play: Allowing, facilitating, or permitting anyone under 18 years of age to access or use your Bi Goplus account.

Bi Goplus reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice if we have reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of these Terms has occurred, is occurring, or is likely to occur.

In cases where an account is suspended due to suspected fraud or a serious breach of Terms, all funds in the account wallet may be held pending investigation. If the investigation concludes that a breach occurred, Bi Goplus may forfeit all or part of the balance in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.

Players may also voluntarily request to close their own accounts at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary account closures will be processed within 48 hours and any remaining real-money balance will be refunded via the player's registered payment method.

All content on the Bi Goplus platform — including but not limited to the logo, brand name, website design, game graphics, software, text, promotional materials, and all other visual and written content — is the exclusive intellectual property of Bi Goplus or its licensed content providers.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Bi Goplus content without our prior written consent. Unauthorised use of Bi Goplus intellectual property may result in legal action.

Bi Goplus provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure the platform is available and functioning at all times, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.

• Bi Goplus is not liable for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or opportunity resulting from the use or inability to use the platform.
